Buildmart.dirigible.com.ng offers multiple methods to make payments for your order: Credit Card & Debit Card, and Net Banking. All Credit/Debit card details remain confidential and private.

Dirigible Building Products Ltd and our payment gateways ensure to protect your card information.

There are absolutely no hidden charges when you make a purchase with Dirigible Building Products Ltd. The prices listed for all items are not final due to the climate of dollar exchange and VAT is not-inclusive in the item prices.

The prices you see on our product pages are changeable, some time is not what you see on our website you pay for the item.

We accept all VISA, MasterCard both Nigeria & foreign cards are supported and not International. The purchase limit through net banking & card is as per your card limit.

All items sold on Buildmart.dirigible.com.ng website come with Manufacturer’s warranty terms & will be serviced by Manufacturer.

The estimated time may differ from one item to another.

Customers can check the Delivery time and product availability in his/her locality by entering Zipcode or Areacode.

Mentioned as 7 days delivery time: These items will also be mentioned as “In Stock”. For all areas serviced by Manufacturer’s channel partners, the delivery time will be 7-10 business days. For other areas, orders will be sent from the Central warehouse through transport service which may take 10 – 15 days depending on the location. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.

Mentioned as more than 21 days delivery time: We procure and ship the items within the time specified on the item details page.

Some items have to be imported from outside Nigeria. These items can take 21 or more days to reach you. You can always rest assured that you will receive your order within the time specified.

For Out of Stock items: Currently, we do not have these products available for sale. Please write to us with customer details and we will let the customer know once it is available for sale at Buildmart.dirigible.com.ng. The availability of products is the purview of Dirigible Building Products Ltd.

With every order, the customer will receive an email or SMS containing the details of the order placed by the customer. Customers can also see the history of the same in their cart. Once we ship the item(s), They will receive another email containing the shipping details.

According to the Customer’s requirement, if the order is canceled, the customer will be notified by SMS and email.

We process all deliveries through Transport & Channel partners.

If there is no channel partner available in your area, we will ship your items via local transport or partner from Dirigible Logistics Ltd. If your order contains any critical item* we will get in touch with you and try to work out a convenient alternate delivery location that is serviced by our channel partners.

All products should be checked thoroughly during delivery for any incidental damages. No claim, except for manufacturing defect, will be entertained once the product is delivered & money is received.

The price mentioned on the website is the final price. What you see or communicate by the sales team is what you pay. Our prices are not VAT-inclusive. All taxes are excluded from the list prices, so you will pay VAT tax during invoicing or checkout.

Warranty terms & conditions as per Dirigible Building Products Ltd warranty policies (to enclose warranty policies).

Items that are labeled ‘In Stock’ on their respective product pages, are stocked in our various warehouses of Manufacturers and usually take 12-15 business days to reach our customers. Items that we will need to procure or import – the delivery of these items can vary between 6-8 weeks In case of Non-Availability of Stock, Buildmart.dirigible.com.ng shall reimburse the amount in full and the order shall be canceled.

In case of a Pricing Mistake due to oversight, the same shall be communicated to the customer and a mutually beneficial decision shall be taken to address the concern

Buildmart.dirigible.com.ng does not deliver items internationally. But you are more than welcome to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in Nigeria.
